All intellectual property, including code, designs, and content created by Swift Web Works during your project, remains the property of Swift Web Works until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables will be transferred to you.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. If you terminate the agreement, you will be responsible for paying for services rendered up to the date of termination.

Limitation of Liability

Swift Web Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
